Your Guide, Dave Moran
Dave has over 35 years of software industry experience with hands-on experience as a developer, development manager, product owner/product manager and agile coaching. Dave has been an agile practitioner since 2005, and during that time Dave has been part of a management team that transformed itself, creating a prototypical agile organization complete with managers as coaches. Dave is currently an agile coach with the Eliassen Group and during his history as an agile coach he has improved the effectiveness of dozens of teams. Dave is continually building his expertise and sharing his knowledge and experience with others through hands-on coaching, training, speaking and writing.
